To became a Member:
- Download the Membership Form BCAA_Membership_Application-Elbow-Dr complete and send it as attachment to info@brazilianassociation.org
- Please email us at info@brazilianassociation.org to make arrangements to receive your membership card.Membership cards are provided one unit for individual members, and two units for family members. Please note that if your family membership includes more than 2 people, we expect that you notify us which ones are receiving the membership cards.
